November Guest Teacher

Dear friends, I'm super excited to introduce you to Reykjavík Yoga's Guest Teacher of November, Hrönn Kold Sigurðardóttir, who is visiting us from Copenhagen, where she lives and teaches. Hrönn is an Anusara Inspired & Rasa yoga teacher (E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500, YACEP®) and she will be leading the Tuesday's class on the 8th of November at 5.30pm and Thursday's class on the 10th, at 5.30 pm.

Hrönn has many years of teaching experience and has been practicing yoga and mediation for the last 10 years. Her deep wish to grow has carried her through several university studies in nursing and health informatics for ultimately to land her in the yoga tradition.

Her intention is always to give the best of what she has to offer and therefore enjoys keeping her knowledge fresh through continuous studies and practices of yoga. Hrönn is Anusara Inspired and Rasa yoga teacher, certified with Yoga Alliance.

Practicing yoga with Hrönn is intense, lots of fun, insightful as she always works with themes in her teaching. The themes invite you to go deep into your practice and cultivate qualities of the heart that support your growth as a human being. Hrönn’s teaching is easy to follow, challenging and motivational at the same time.

She is compassionate and very respectful of the individual and she inspires her students to push their boundaries in a safe and nourishing way.

Hrönn teaches regular classes in her own studio YogaPlace (www.yogaplace.dk ) and at one of Copehagens most popular yogastudios, Hamsa Yoga (www.hamsayoga.dk ). She also offers workshops, retreats in Iceland and Spain, meditation courses and teacher trainings. Furthermore you can practice with Hrönn through the online yoga streaming site YogaStream (www.yogastream.dk ).
