Part 1: 16:30 – 18:00 | 6000 ISK

Part 2: 18:30 – 20:00 | 6000 ISK

Attend Part 1 alone, or both sessions for a deeper experience.

The Wisdom of Turning Points

From the intimate cycles of breath and daily rhythm to the vast spirals of planetary and cultural change, we are constantly moving through transitions. These moments are thresholds—potent with meaning—but without awareness they can feel destabilising, personally and collectively.

This Autumn Equinox gathering is an invitation to pause, to step back and see the map:

  • How the cycles of nature (dinacharya, ritucharya) are reflected in our daily lives.

  • How the qualities of the autumn season shape us physically, emotionally, and mentally.

  • How cosmic rhythms and planetary cycles echo in our cultural moment—climate shifts, technological acceleration, societal upheaval.

  • How to cultivate resilience, clarity, and a grounded sense of purpose to navigate these changes instead of being swept away by them.

A Moment of Balance

The Equinox is a threshold of balance—where light and dark stand equal before the descent into winter. It invites us to slow down, restore harmony, and draw strength from practices that anchor us in the midst of change.

Just as humanity stands at a crossroads of great transformation, so too are we invited into a personal recalibration: tending our inner axis so it remains steady as the world turns.

What You Will Experience

This evening's immersion gradually moves through the different layers of our being—body, breath, emotion, mind, and spirit—so that each step feels natural, grounding, and expansive. Together, the two sessions form a journey from the intimate rhythms of daily life to the vast cycles that shape our world.

Part 1 (16:30 – 18:00): Microcosm – Daily & Seasonal Rhythms

Ideal for those seeking accessible ways to harmonise their inner and outer lives

  • Explore how the body (annamaya kosa) responds to the qualities of autumn, with key āsanas, simple dietary and lifestyle adjustments for balance.

  • Learn how breath and energy (pranamaya kosa) shift with the seasons, supported by grounding pranayama practices.

  • Work with emotion (manomaya kosa) through bhāva-based practices that help us stay centred and steady as the darker months approach.

  • Gather practical, everyday tools to feel more resilient, calm, and rooted in this season of change.

Part 2 (18:30 – 20:30): Macrocosm – Cosmic Cycles & the Art of Navigation

For those ready to explore the broader meaning of transformation and their place within it

  • Reflect on how the mind (manomaya kosa) interprets change, and discover how planetary cycles and cultural rhythms mirror our personal transitions.

  • Cultivate clarity and insight (vijnanamaya kosa) through reflective practices—visualisation,

    mantra, and guided meditation.

  • Open into stillness and presence (anandamaya kosa), touching the deeper current of

consciousness that remains steady through change.

  • Yoga & Ayurveda Equinox Masterclass with Stéphane Chollet 2

Attend either session or both. Together, they offer a living map of cycles—from the seasonal to the cosmic, from the body to consciousness—giving you tools to navigate life’s turning points with steadiness and clarity.

Herbal tea and light refreshments will be offered between and after each session.

Who Is This For?

  • Yoga practitioners seeking to enrich their practice with Ayurveda and timeless wisdom.

  • Teachers and healers seeking authentic, practical tools to support others during times of

    change.

  • Curious minds and eclectic seekers who wish to connect personal wellbeing with a larger

    understanding of life’s patterns.

  • No prior experience with Ayurveda is necessary—just an openness to learn and explore.

About the Facilitators

Stéphane Chollet

Stéphane is a tireless explorer of wisdom traditions who has spent over three decades at the intersection of science, consciousness, and social innovation—always questioning how timeless knowledge can address the urgencies of contemporary life. His quest has carried him from ascetic practices with Himalayan sages to computer science in Silicon Valley, from Chinese martial and internal arts to the great schools of India, and into the company of exceptional masters across Asia and Europe. Guided by authentic teachers, he studied at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram with T.K.V. Desikachar, at the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute with Pattabhi Jois, and at the Bihar School of Yoga, where he also encountered figures such as B.K.S. Iyengar and Indra Devi. As the founder of Surya World, Stéphane continues to share this living tradition internationally, bringing together practitioners, scholars, and innovators to cultivate a dialogue between tradition and modernity. His teaching distils vast experience into clear, practical methods for navigating change with resilience, clarity, and joy. His presence is both rare and inspiring—a bridge between the ascetic and the modern, the timeless and the urgent.

Jite Brume

Jite is a multidisciplinary practitioner whose work bridges body, energy, environment, and consciousness into an integrated vision of connection and renewal. Her journey spans Africa, Europe, and Asia, where she has cultivated deep relationships with diverse cultures, landscapes, and the living wisdom of Yoga through study, teaching, and creative projects. A long-time student of Stéphane Chollet, she became a certified Suryashtanga teacher in 2013 and later joined Surya World’s Yoga & Ayurveda Teacher Training team. Her practice draws on explorations of perinatal and perimenopausal wellbeing, Vedic science, and the integrative psychology of psychosynthesis. Moving fluidly between professional practice, healing, and community engagement, Jite offers a presence that is grounding, compassionate, and quietly transformative—an invitation to rediscover balance and the beauty of connection.
