STEFÁN ATLI

@stefanatli

Stefán’s first experience with Yoga was through a friend. An active yogini that was living and breathing Yoga that made her shine in a way that Stefán hadn’t experienced with another person. That was the aha-moment; there was definitely something very special about Yoga and soon after Stefán flowed through his first vinyasa practice.

In 2021 Stefán completed Yoga Shala’s 200 hrs teachers training program with a focus on Vinyasa and soon after, a Pranayama and Yoga Nidra teachers training programs.

In his Vinyasa classes, Stefán strives to create space for his practitioners to flow with grace towards beauty, felt on a personal level. With this aim, Stefán leads his Vinyasa classes using a dynamic set of yogic practices, where Asana and Pranayama are used as tools to reach to Pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses) and beyond, by experiencing true meditation. Stefán is hopeful that by doing the work, using these tools, you get a chance to shine in your own special way.

AIRI

@airi_triin

Airi-Triin is first and foremost a student of yoga. Her journey with the practice started about 10 years ago after what she intensely dived into science of yoga.
Travelling the world, she has studied under many different masters, graduated 200 hrs YTT at House of Om school in Bali and over 300 hours of Ashtanga Yoga, Himalayan Kriya Yoga and Yin Yoga studies. But the biggest teacher has been her own practice which can't be measured into hours.

For the past 3 years she has been teaching in many different places in Europe, Latin America, Bali and Iceland.

Besides teaching yoga she holds women's circles, sings kirtans, likes to explore different forms of movement, spends lot of time in nature and makes coffee.
In her classes she combines creative flows, breath, mobility and balance finding a way to move that's both challenging and softening. She sees yoga practice as something much more than just training the body and mind- it's an art of embodiment. Art of being in the body. For her we come to our mats to learn from our bodies, cultivate presence and listening that we will carry with us to moments off the mat where real practice begins.
Her Vinyasa flows are a captivating journey that often leaves people asking: "How is it over already?"
